Reservation Policies
On-Time Arrival
I makes every effort to keep our appointments running on
time, and we ask the same of our clients to ensure their brilliant experience.
For those who arrive late, we will hold your spot for 15 minutes, but cannot
guarantee your reservation after that point.
Online Booking
For your convenience We offer online booking.
A credit card will be required to book all appointments online or over the phone. Your credit card is only needed to hold your appointment time and will not be charged, unless you do not call to cancel 24 hours in advance.
We are a by appointment only facility, your appointment time will be reserved for you only. No one else will be there but you and the Esthetician.
No-Show/Cancellation Policy
We recognize that our clients have busy and unpredictable schedules, but the
number of clients we can serve each day is limited. Cancellations must be atleast 24 hours in advance.
There is a 50% charge for schedule service for No Show or Last Minute Cancellation fee. A credit card maybe required to rebook your appointment.
Fine Print: We are an appointment based business and we understand that sometimes our clients need to cancel their scheduled appointments. Please carefully read our Cancellation Policy before booking. All scheduled appointments must be secured with a valid credit card.
We strongly enforce our 24 hour Cancellation Policy. We consider a no show to anyone who cancels less than 24 hours of appointment time or anyone who is more than 15 minutes late for appointment. If you are late we may not have time to serve you and the clients after you that come on time. If we are not able to serve you, you will be charged 50% of the full price service scheduled. Thank you for respecting my time and our effort to serve you.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not factored into prices. Amounts are entirely up to the
discretion of the client and are only expected from clients who are completely
satisfied with their services. We do ask that you consider giving something to
each team member who provided services. Typical gratuities range from 20-30% of
the total cost of the services.
Return Policy
Gift cards are transferable, but are NOT refundable. Hard goods and unopened
products are non returnable non refundable. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
